Great Way to Add Minerals Back to Distilled Water
I use a water distiller at home to purify my drinking water, so I wanted a simple way to add beneficial minerals back in. After trying these, they've become my favorite option. They're very easy to use, and best of all, they have no taste or odor at all, so they don't change the flavor of my water. A great way to get your minerals
I notice a positive difference in that my muscles don't ache after a workout. Because they're drops they are easy to add to my water bottle and drink all day. They have no flavor which is a plus.

Great for muscle spasms and cramps!
A naturopathic doctor told me to use these trace mineral drops for muscle spasms and cramps. It’s very easy to use and works quickly to relieve my muscle issues. I use about a dropper full and hold it under my tongue for 20-30 seconds before I swallow. The taste is slightly bitter, but not bad at all. It recommends mixing with water, but I prefer under my tongue for faster results. I highly recommend this product.
