Easy to store as the ball is no larger than a palm of a hand. Daughter has said it’s been amazing for massage quality and comfort while still providing the firmness needed to get rid of her knots.

I’ve been using these massage balls to help with my ongoing back pain, and they’ve become an essential part of my self-care routine. Personally, I prefer the smooth ball for its gentle, consistent pressure, which feels amazing on tight, achy muscles. That said, the spiked ball has also been a game-changer for those tougher knots and stubborn tension—it’s incredibly effective at getting into those hard-to-reach spots, like between the shoulder blades or around the neck. Quality item which does the job really well

I chose these as they were the best price. Easy to use with some pictures if you need guidance. They do help (when I remember them!) but I do find them a little on the hard side. I would prefer a softer material I think but that’s probably personal preference and the reason to try in a shop rather than get online.

Elles semblent de qualité et me resteront très longtemps. In einem praktischen Mini-Turnbeutel werden die beiden Massagebälle geliefert. Ein Ball ist stachelig (Igelball), der andere glatt. Die Massagebälle sind fest genug, robust und weisen keinen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Die Bälle haben für die Massage die richtige Größe. Ideal eignen sie sich für eine gegenseitige Rückenmassage. Durch individuellen Händedruck kann die Intensität der Massage bestimmt werden. Selbstverständlich kann man sich auch selbst den Rücken massieren, indem man den Ball unter dem Rücken platziert und sich damit bewegt. Entspannender ist allerdings eine Partnermassage. Eine Massage der Faszien ist mit beiden Bällen sehr gut möglich. Eine Massage mit den Bällen führt zu einer Verbesserung der Durchblutung und einer Stimulation der Reflexzonen. Verspannungen können damit gut gelöst werden. Ich empfehle die Anwendung des glatten Massageballs im Nackenbereich. Sehr gut eignen sich die Bälle auch für Wahrnehmungsübungen mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Hierzu platziert man beispielsweise zuerst den Igelball unter der nackten Fußsohle und bewegt dann den Fuß damit. Nach einiger Zeit wird verglichen, wie das Gefühl des massierten Fußes war und welcher Unterschied zu dem noch nicht massierten Fuß besteht. Diese Massage wird genauso mit dem glatten Ball durchgeführt. Auch hier wird wieder reflektiert, wie sich der Fuß anfühlt und ob es Unterschiede zu der Massage mit dem Igelball gibt. Diese Übung kann auch sehr gut an den Händen und Armen angewendet werden. Weiterhin können verschiedene Greifübungen damit durchgeführt werden. Im Internet finden sich zahlreiche Anleitungen für Übungen und Massagen. Den mitgelieferten Aufbewahrungsbeutel empfinde ich als sehr praktisch, die Bälle sind damit praktisch verstaut und kullern nicht durch die Gegend. Ich bin mit den Massagebällen sehr zufrieden und empfehle diese sehr gerne weiter.

Ottimo prodotto veramente utile soprattutto la pallina con "gli aghi" che rilassa pianta del piede glutei polpacci senza far minimamente male; la palla tonda è anche fatta assai bene e perfetta per massaggi. Consigliato a sportivi e non solo!

Ce duo de balles trigger est génial à l'usage : massages des points trigger ou tout simplement détente musculaire. Mes points "douloureux" sont partis grâce à la combinaison de ces balles et du livre de Vincent Cueff (massage des points trigger, eds Jouvence). La balle "lisse" est très dense et efficace à l'usage et celle à picots appuie plus précisément sur les tissus musculaires : les deux sont complémentaires.
