SCREENARAMA New Screen Replacement for HP EliteBook 840 G6 Series, FHD 1920x1080, IPS, Matte, LCD LED Display with Tools

This item is the screen only, does not include the bezel cover but that is fine as I didn't need it. I liked the fact the tools were included so everything you need to repair is in the box. The item was well packed but I was slightly horrified/skeptical when Amazon mailed the original item's box in a padded envelope, but turned out ok as it was well packed by the manufacturer. Lots of tutorials online on how to replace the screen on the 840 G6. I went slow so it took about an hour, but if you did this a lot, I would expect this could be done in 10-20 minutes.

It was a perfect fit for my kid's laptop! It was a good quality screen, and it came with all the tools I would need to install it! Once installed, the performance was great. With a sharp, crisp picture, I am very pleased with my purchase

I smashed the screen on my HP, and it would be over $100 for service (and who know how much else for parts). Figured it would be worth it to give this a try. I am not experienced with hardware, but this was very simple and easy to do, watching the video instruciton. Altogether, it took about 15 minutes to install, and it's like new. All the tools you might need are provided!

Pleasantly surprised at how easily I was able to get a replacement screen for a 5yr old laptop. Item came well packaged and protected. No issues at all with any aspect of the product or experience. I was a bit antsy to receive this as I was under time constraints to replace the screen but it all worked out. 5yr old laptop looks better than when I first received it. Thanks!

Was sent a screen that doesn’t fit into the bracket of the model it was advertised to fit into. Same size screen so I couldn’t tell out of the box, but with a different enough connector port it wouldn’t work.

Skeptical at first as there were no brackets to screw the display to the lid. The sticky tabs worked fine, better than expected.

i used this to replace screen on my sons HP laptop - I did remove the old one before ordering the new one so i was able to confirm the number of pins on the connector before ordering - work great and much cheaper than replacing the laptop

Fit in just as it should and came with all the tools needed for the job. Great quality picture and brightness, would recommend. Didn't know if I could do this myself, but it wasn't too hard just watched YouTube vids.
