My husband loves this product, because he is an active athlete and wants extra protein for his muscles. But he also needs to watch his cholesterol, so this product is perfect. It adds no cholesterol to his diet, only protein. It is easy to add to breakfast cereal, smoothies, or other recipes.

This protein mixes easily. There is very little flavor so you can put in anything from soups to yogurt to water.

I got this when I started going to the gym more regularly. Good for blending with frozen fruit, bananas milk, peanut butter and making a smoothie (or any drink you prefer). I can't say how it tastes with water or by itself since I've never drank it bare, but doesn't have much of a strong flavor or chalky after tastes that I've found some other products and flavors to have. A somewhat smaller container with a relatively bigger scoop so I found this goes pretty fast. Not bad for me since I didn't want to commit to the larger ones but if you workout 3 or more times a week and drink this after, it may last about a month depending if you're single scooping or not. Also got this since it's suppose to be better if you have lactose intolerance. While I think it's better than other proteins that have more whey and dairy products, I was still bloating when taking these regularly but it's a trade off to getting big in the gym.
