I think this brand, Similasan, is terrific! This is just one of the many products my family and I use regularly. This particular product, I use whenever my daughter complains of her ear bothering her. My daughter has an extreme sensitivity to medications, prescription as well as over the counter. I have to be so cautious about everything that she consumes or puts on/in her body. Having used many of these products by Similasan, this is just another of their fine offerings. This takes the bother from my daughter and relieves my fear of another trip to the ER! Similasan also has cough and cold medicines for children as well as adults. Really, wonderful stuff!
