I find that this product seems to be working very well, I am feeling a lot better since taking them, and I will definitely be getting then again, if I may? They are a bit pricey, but they have a good supply of what I need, And also, they don't look like they have fillers in, which to me is a very good point, so I don't mind paying a bit extra for that. So I got these to assist in weight loss. I don’t think they have assisted at all, but one thing it has done is help me sleep. What ever is in them helps to quieten my mind and let me drift off to a more peaceful sleep.

Contacted the company after having a bad reaction. Been on these in the past with no problems but now having frequent headaches and bleeding. As soon as I stopped taking them, my reaction stopped. Decided to take a break and have been fine. Started them again incase it was a coincidence but same reaction. Headaches and bleeding constant. Company response is poor and now not replying.

Didn’t make any difference although taking vitamins is never a waste of time

I ordered this product end of July 2023. The best by date batch number on the bottom says best by 5/25/2022. The product shipped was outdated.
