I bought this projector and for the price it's excellent. 4000 lumen produces a very bright picture and I would be happy to keep it. But I returned this item, because for the space I have, the throw distance is too long to fill the large screen I have. I will exchange this projector for a more powerful one.

great quality projector for your "road show". Bright, clear, and colorful images. Easy to use.

Great, affordable projector. The image is bright and clear, it's easy to set up, and fires up in less than 1 minute. Fan is very loud unless you use eco mode, which reduces illumination by ~1/2. Mounted 7' from the screen yields a 97" diagonal projected image. Although you can adjust the pincushion for a diagonal projection, you lose size (can't be bigger than the closest side), and can still see the light from the projector in the non adjusted size, unless you use black felt.

Great quality output. Working well for what it was purchased for. No issues with lighting and color. Fits perfect to our 120" 16x9 aspect ratio screen.

I recently purchased this projector for my brother karaoke business and overall, it’s been a great investment. Setup was surprisingly easy—plug it in, connect via HDMI or wireless (depending on the source), and it’s ready to go. Within minutes, I had a 100-inch display on my wall that looked fantastic in low-light conditions. The image quality is sharp and vibrant, especially at 1080p resolution. Colors are bright, and the contrast is solid, making movies and shows pop.

My wife and I bought this projector for business needs. She needed something that she could travel around with, so this is not something we were intending to mount, but to travel with. This is our first projector purchase, and the cost of it is a bit steep, but compared to other projectors out there, this is one of the best. The screen is bright, it can fill a room nicely, and there are a lot of settings and features. The projector is quiet, but it does get warm, but not sure if this is unusually warm or not. The projector is lightweight weight which is nice as well. So overall, the projector is good; however, I am having a technical issue with it on video playback and the sound. When it wants to play a video, it speeds up, and the sound does not come in well at all. I checked with my computer and the settings I believe are correct. I need to reach out to technical support about this issue and will update my review once I have done so. As for customer service. The gentleman listened to me in a way, and said he understood, but then he was repeating things I never said. For a $649 projector that does NOT include a carrying case, nor an HDMI cable, is pretty wild. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with myself, saying I can purchase the accessories, and I should have done that. I know I can purchase a case, an HDMI cable, and so on, but for these companies not to include these items is just insane. He made no effort to make it easier or make concessions to retain me as a customer, to offer me a case at least; he just went and said to purchase one. We need to support companies that care about their customers. Yes, it's a good projector, but to potentially lose a customer over a $25 case is pretty sad to me. Next time, I'll think about going with Epson.
