The nib is not a fine one. However, it gives a bold and clear writing. Very smooth to write with and very comfortable to hold.

I've used the black ink version of these for a few years now and picked these up as I needed an additional colour and trusted the brand. The pen is plastic so it's very light. Now you can get refills for these so in theory it's not a "disposable" but the cost of the refill is almost the same as the whole pen so........yeah. The gel ink flows well, the pen writes easily with clean lines and no smudging. The ink isn't water soluble once dry so won't run or smudge if the paper gets wet after writing. If it's wet or gets wet when you're writing then it will smudge, run and basically make a mess....so don't do that. In a nutshell this does what I need it to do, does it well and the price is good.

Good working pens. Does come in a small plastic bag but more like you would find with bulk items. It is not a zip lock bag like others have stated.
