Great value
As a professional Chef, I use a lot of pink salt in our cures. Fresh, and high quality for the money, you won't be disappointed. Remember, this is Prague powder, used for curing, not seasoning.

What has happened to all the curing salt and why does it look like they are grinding up Himalayan sea salt and calling it curing salt. Curing salt should look like the picture you have on the order and not little pink... The heavy pink is what gives corn beef that deep red what you cook it.

Haven't actually used this to cure anything yet but it gets five stars for an accurate description. Says it's kosher and is certified by the OK.
