Can this timer kit be set to ONE late evening feeding? What is length of time for the feeding? Can time be adjusted?

It can be set for 1 up to 4 feeding times, and time of dispersal can be adjusted to 1 to 6 seconds each. The attachment points are adjustable too.

How well would this work with throwing whole kernel corn? I feel lack of battery voltage may cause jamming/lock up of spinning plate.. Any suggestions

It works great with whole kernel. We have 9 feeders and we put Moultrie all-in-one timers on all of them. No problems with jamming. We do use clean corn. We used other timers in the past. These are the best timers we have used.

What is the largest size pellet that this unit can throw?

I use a mix of pellets that include Timothy and alfalfa grass pellets " which are 5/16" by up to 1" long". It throws them perfectly fine.

Will this timer replace a non-functioning one on my current all-in-one Moultrie collapsible feeder?

It depends on a few additional factors; what type connection you currently have,screw pattern and power needed. We truly loved this feeder on our 30 gallon barrel feeder.
