Will this work with the blue snowball ice?

Boom poles are usually use to hold a shotgun microphone and are usually handheld. It also might be awkward to mount the blue mic onto a boom pole.

Can i use any rode mics on this?

You can use almost any mic on this. The holder attachment it comes with works with most shotgun mics, but you can replace the holder with whatever other attachment you want.

What diameter is the pole? I want to mount this to a C Stand using a swivel but need to know what size swivel to purchase.

The lower (larger) section of the pole above the padded area is about 1 1/8 in in diameter (3.5" circumference) . A little too large for most C Stand knuckles. Also the walls of the tube are quite thin (to keep the weight down) so clamping it into knuckle may not be a good idea. You're probably better off using a boom arm.
