Excellent phone
Daughter saved up and brought this as had smashed her screen to her huwaei. This this is excellent near enough as good as my s20fe. The A12 is light, easy set up, camera is fab. Have a very happy Daughter 😊

Product arrived earlier than expected which was brilliant and is just what I wanted in a new phone.

Problem with contactless payments
I bought this to replace another a12, due to waterdamage. New one doesn't allow contactless payments. Doesn't have nfc loaded. Why?

Brilliant came in sealed box as brand new, was delivered in a few days which was superb as the wait for the same phone from 02 was 4weeks, great phone and great company. Very pleased.

Wifi not good
Phone works fine for the money,but connection inside house and some places is terrible, i get H+,it might be provider,but outside ok.Just to make anyone aware that this model A12 can only connect to WIFI 2,4Ghz ... not 5 GHZ. At work I can't use it,cos higher frequency. I should have returned it.
