Honestly, after giving these a consistent try, I’ve noticed my knees and hips are way less “OMG WHAT WAS THAT?” and more “Oh hey, that was smooth.” What I really like is that they’re super easy to take — just a couple of capsules daily — and they feel like they’re working behind the scenes helping keep things moving without drama. I ahve used several brands of glucosamine and Chondroitin and have noticed no differences in effectiveness, but the capsule form, rather than hard pill form of other brands is easier to swallow. As far as I kanow there are no proper studies that prove the efficacy of this supplement, but I, and lots of other people, take it and are believers - it does help maintain joint health and mobility. I’m old and without this, my joints feel old! Recommended!
