I'd been searching for a hot and cold pack for perineal pain relief after having surgery. And I couldn't be happier with this product! These hot and cold packs are super comfortable to use, a perfect size, and hold their heat and cold for a really long time. The washable super soft sleeves make them really easy and comfy to use. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone experiencing perineal discomfort or pain, even period pain. The packaging is super cute too, and the carry bag makes the product discreet if you need to carry it in your purse!! Highly recommended!! 10 out of 10!!

When your perienal is and/or has suffered alot of abuse from the unspeakable, and from the kind of pain that if a doctor can't see it or feel it ...it must not exist, so no real pain meds for yooou... But, we "know" it does exist and we "know" its real! You can count on these oversized cold gel packs to cool things off, when no one else understands or wants to understand your pain. Comes with a nice pouch, but don't bother. You need to numb that area asap. I feel your pain.

Excellent product! I recently had an upper Blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) and needed a product that I could use as a cool compress and a few days later use a warm compress on my swollen eyes. I am an ICU nurse and I have used many products. This product is very effective and excellent quality. My eyelids look great with the help of these cold and hot pads . Would highly recommend this product if you are having any surgery that needs cold or hot compresses.

This product was just as described but when you would warm or freeze the product it would not last very long.

These little packs are wonderfully effective at reducing swelling. They are made of high quality materials, very soft and smooth. Quick to heat and slim enough to be very discreet. They even have their own little bag to keep packs and sleeves together. Definitely a must have for new Moms!

If you need longer relief do not buy this.

These are a really good size and heat up quickly. They seem very sturdy. The covers are a good quality. Using these is a lot nicer than trying to manipulate ones that are bigger or different shapes because they're made for somewhere else.

If your looking to buy this for postpartum BUY THIS ONE!! Seriously the quality is amazing and it's easy to use. It works great and can be used for multiple things! I love that it can be either hot or cold. So happy I went with this option.
