Reliable, great printer for my vet clinic
Nice workhorse of a printer, great that it prints double sided, thereby reducing paper. We use daily to print patient report cards to send home with owners documenting their visit, as well as for other office tasks. Toner cartridges are pricey, but last the expected time/pages. Nice printer, compact and does not take up near as much space as its predecessor.

Not as good as my old HP
For the money i should have bought an older model of an HP printer like i had before. This one doesn't warn you like the previous printer i had. Also sleep mode is so aggravating. We tried to change it but it falls asleep way to fast. Its always going to warning screens for something stupid and you have to exit out all the time from the printer. And it says paper is stuck when its not. also the website on here said it was Bluetooth and wifi and it was not!!!!!!!

Toner all over the place!
The toner cartrage should be removed before shipping. I also can't find the PIN for the printer. This things should be mitigated before shipping. I may be returning this if I can't get the PIN. I'm also leary about the toner issue and whether it will be a problem down the road. The toner cartrige is basically empty as the prints (the one that comes out when you plug it in, I have not been able to connect to my computer) are looking very faint. This is terrible!
