This product is amazing! Just spray a little water on the back and it is ready to go. No messy sticky pads or gels. I wear it while working in the kitchen or watching TV. That 15 minutes with the a belt a day takes the place of hurting your body trying to perform countless other ab exercise. I love it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I put my before and after pictures in and with a good diet. It’ll work for you as well.

By far the easiest one out there to use. Only bad thing is, it lasted just short of 3months. I opened up the belt and found the button the wire attaches to the pad very rusted. some dielectric grease helped a little, but still not happy. I'd consider this a design flaw... maybe insulate it with....anything.

This is an amazing contraption. I thought I was pretty strong but even on some of the lower settings I can still feel it working my muscles. I definitely have felt sore after, which I like, so I know it's working. I can feel my core working and like that it gives me an additional workout while I'm getting ready in the morning. I use it about 20 minutes a day and that is great for me. I would totally recommend this product.

First of all i just wanna say, i do not work for this company..i am not a spokes person nor am i advertising in any way..i am just mary off the street simply sharing my results. I saw this product all over my Facebook feed so i decided to try it..i had my daughter 3 years ago and i am just now loosing all of my baby weight and intead of buying all new clothes i am trying to fit in all my old ones 😂😂...i am 5'2 and 115 pound, my final way in before birth was 175 so i have a lot of loose skin and belly fat. My results so far are pretty impressive. I am going to say i do wear this belt a lot..about 5 hours a day..i will not share my settings just because i have them set pretty high and i am very tolerate and used to the belt. I started off very low and increased as i went along..i do not wear this belt driving or sitting down, i used to ,but it seemed to curl up the very end so i only waer it standing up right and if i have to bend over i squat a little lol..first i spray a lot of water with the bottle it comes with for good contact than i simple use my sweat the rest of the day..dunno if every belt is the same, but my seems to turn off every 15 to 20 minutes..probably because you're only supposed to wear it 15 minutes a day 🙄 i tried the sticky kind and even tho i did like that it seemd to target all 6 of my abs at once it didn't stay on very well. This belt is comfortable and easy to hide under a t shirt..in my experience it doesn't feel like the belt targets all 6 of my abs so i rotate my thru out the day..top 2 abs, middle abs and than lower abs..again i will not share my settings just because everyone is different! I love this thing!! I am definitely seeing results and i plan on wearing it the full 30 days..more photos to come. I really hope it works for you guys the way its working for me! I’ve been using this muscle stimulator belt consistently and I’m really impressed. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear, and you can definitely feel it working. It’s a great addition to my workouts and even helpful on rest days for recovery. Definitely worth trying!

Cheaply made and inconsistent performance. I really wanted to love this ab machine, especially because Mode 1 can work amazingly on good days — I can take the vibrations up to level 8 with no problem. But most of the time, the device is unpredictable. Even at vibration level 4, it becomes almost unbearable, like a sharp needle poking into just one side. Then if I lower it to level 3, I barely feel anything at all. The settings don’t make sense, and the intensity jumps too dramatically between levels. It doesn’t feel balanced or comfortable, and the inconsistency makes it hard to use regularly. With better quality control and smoother intensity transitions, this could be a great product — but right now, it’s disappointing.

im pretty overweight but i can still feel this getting to my abs. its a bit hard to get on if your carrying an extra tire like myself however that said if you really stretch it around you'll get it on but gl if you weigh more than 270lbs at 6ft. thankfully i got this when i was in the 250lbs range. you may be able to get it on even if you are 300lbs but it may be a struggle and you may need assistance. with all that out of the way- this thing can get intense. i use it on 10 it goes to 15. 10 is a bit of pain for me but not terrible pain just not the most fun thing at the start. after a while its good though. if you can't hack it at an intensity you can ofcourse turn it down. i suggest you see what 1 is like (for me it was like tiny ants dancing on my abs and I'm fat and never worked out. 2 you slightly feel ....well still nothing... for me its not till you get to 6 where it kicks in a bit- mind you 6 is still somewhat weak after a while of use. 7 and 8 for me is very manageable and 9 is where it kicks in. 9 is about my comfort zone but I'm trying to step out of that. number 1 thing is though- its not extreme pain- nothing like that- just intense really intense.....maybe 11 would be extreme pain not sure- not brave enough to try it yet- might wait for muscles to grow and then i won't feel it as much. good product insanely good infact. my abs are growing- i feel it. my friend touched my abs said they are harder now. amazing. and here i was for all those years laughing at these products and to my surprise they work.

Don’t bother and buy, I should have read the 1 star reviews, the belt didn’t work!!! Such a waste of money and most importantly the company in the picture is different from what I received and it was very poor quality, this sell/er should be banned from selling on Amazon for unethical reasons

Leider unvollständig angekommen. Zudem ist die Qualität sehr, sehr schlecht. Bei der Rücksendung muss die Kosten selber tragen. Absolute Frechheit.
