Mein Tamagotchi ist nun schon 12 (siehe Foto). Ich finde es wirklich schade, dass einige Leute schlechte Bewertungen abgeben, nur weil sie ganz offensichtlich die Bedienungsanleitung nicht durchgelesen haben. Die Anleitung ist simple und auch u.a. auf deutsch. Wenn man bei Google "Bandai Tamagotchi" eingibt, findet man auch hier einige Seiten, die z.B. die Entwicklungsstadien erklären.1. Man kann das Tamagotchi jederzeit auf lautlos oder aber auch wieder auf laut stellen. Wie steht in der Anleitung2. Wenn man wirklich keine Zeit hat, kann man das TG pausieren. Wie steht in der Anleitung3. Man muss auf das Gewicht achten!!! Ein Burger ist 1 lb mehr, die Süßigkeit 2lb mehr. Diese sollte man durch spielen gleich wieder abtrainieren (pro Spiel -1lb). Zu wenig kann es nach meinem bisherigen Kenntnisstand nicht wiegen, nur zu viel.4. Immer das Licht ausmachen, wenn es abends schlafen geht.5. Nicht erst füttern oder spielen, wenn es keine Herzen mehr hat. Ab und zu mal kurz schauen und wenn nicht alle Herzen voll sind, dann füttern/spielen.6. Ab und zu mal schauen, ob es krank ist oder ein Häufchen gelegt hat. Hier gibt es keine Geräusche von sich.7. Wenn es auf sich aufmerksam macht, aber weder Hunger hat noch spielen will, muss man es "erziehen". Man muss es auch erziehen, wenn es Hunger hat, aber nicht fressen will. Wie steht in der Anleitung.Das sieht jetzt auf den ersten Blick viel aus, kostet aber kaum Zeit. Und ein klein bisschen Aufwand soll so ein Tamagotchi ja sein, sonst wird es langweilig.+++UPDATE+++Insgesamt wurde mein Tamagotchi 23. :)

The nostalgia is strong here! I loved my tamagotchi as a kid and bought one to relive those days. It's definitely the same one I had as a kid and I adored it...for about 10 minutes. I forgot how LOUD and DEMANDING this damn thing is. Now it's going to live out the rest of its days wrapped in a scarf in the cupboard, poor thing. That is, until I can offload it onto my little brother-in-law, my husband's family is going to love me as much as I loved this tamagotchi.On the other hand, brilliant product. Just reliving it as an adult is too much for me. 5/5 BUT WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!

I've had this Tamagotchi for a few months and I managed to raise him to the Adult stage.Before purchasing, I read reviews where some Tamagotchis would die after 3/4 days with good care, others said the egg wouldn't hatch.1. My first tama died after 3 days with perfect care. I realized you have to be very careful with the weight after the baby stage. Each stage has a base weight (baby 5 oz; child 10 oz; teen 20 oz; adult 30 oz) and if you double his base weight he will get sick and die. Mine was a child with 22 oz when he died... After keeping track of his weight, I managed to keep him alive until Adult stage (currently 13yr).2. I would recommend reseting your Tamagotchi after you first turn it on. Also, the egg will only hatch if you set the time. Which means, every time you reset it you need to set the time again.Overall I'm very happy with the product. Arrived very quickly in the original box. It's very difficult to buy Bandai Tamagotchis in Europe (dispatched from Europe), only the minis and the originals. The screen may be a little difficult to see sometimes, because it doesn't have a back light, but again, just like the originals from the 90s. It's the perfect gift to my inner child that always wanted a Tamagotchi. I recommend.

I remember having one of these as a kid so was delighted when my 10 daughter had heard of them (through a you-tuber?!) and asked for one. Easy to follow instructions on how to look after and she enjoyed caring for it for the first day or so but soon started getting annoyed and bored with it constantly beeping. She managed to get it to age 6 before it died and she said she was relieved! Overall good memories but fear this will be stuck in drawer, never to be used again. Does what it says though, probably better suited to younger children (say between 6-8) my 5 year old couldn’t quite get to grips with it.

Lo pedí con ilusión para recordar mi infancia. No se si será cosa mía pero creo recordar que los del 97 eran de mejor calidad, pesaban un poco más. Por otro lado, el que me ha llegado no se ve bien, es como si no tuviera pilas...En fin...me ha decepcionado un poco.
