Brilliant - quickest and quietest ever!
This is the best kettle I've ever owned: (1) I used to wait ages for the kettle to boil - this kettle is SO quick that now I hardly have time to put the bag in the cup and get the milk before the water is boiling, and (2) I used to have to move into the other room if I was on the phone while the kettle was on - this kettle is SO quiet that I can have a conversation right beside it while it's boiling. Those people who complained about the switch must have been pressing down on it really hard - there's nothing wrong with it as far as I'm concerned. 10 stars!

Incomplete product!
The product did not have a base. It was missing from the delivery box. Additionally, the product looked used. It was not new!

A great one
Looks good. Light weight . Fast and not noisy . Can boil 1 cup only with a clear visible water level meter at the front away from the handle .

Ordered from amazon australia, but came with an american plug. Had to return. Didnt ike it much anyway. Was supposed to be midnight blue but was black.
