I've been taking psyllium fiber for years. I prefer the capsules and these are perfect.

No taste, no smell. Easy to swallow, easy to take. No excuse to not use.

Good value by weight
Great value for the price. From what I looked at it was the lowest or close to the lowest price per mg of product. The only drawback on this product was there was a noticeable unpleasant taste when taking these that I haven't had with other similar products. Overall I gave it a 4 star due to that unpleasant taste, if it wasn't for that it would be a 5 star. I prefer a different brand that was out if stock thst has comparable pricing but does not have the unpleasant taste. This is my go to alternative if that other product is not available.

Keeps me regular
I believe this supplement help to keeps my colon functioning cleanly. It helps to remove any residue stuff in my intestines. It helps keep me regular and provides additional fiber. It helps lower cholesterol, sugar levels and blood pressure. Just make sure you take with a glass of water.

Taking them for appetite control. They seem to do the trick.

I love the convenience of these when we travel. They are not too big and easy to swallow.

Doesn't work
I usually use the Now Brand fiber. I tried this brand because it was cheaper. Big mistake. I was taking six capsules a day with now. I am now taking eight a day with this brand and it seems to have zero effect on my regularity. Just ordered a bottle of Now.
