Why has my past order from many months ago not been shipped?!!

I'm just a consumer, however I would go to my order and click the area where it states "problem with order" so you can get a refund since your order was never received. Always let amazon know directly this way so they can intervene and try to resolve it quickly for you. I hope this help :)

Delicious but always arrive melted!

I love these protein bars. I’ve ordered them twice and both times they arrived all melted and gooey. Then we refrigerate them and they become ugly, crumbly and difficult to eat. Can they not be left to melt in the car?
