I've had the clippers for 1 1/2 years now. Work just as good as the day I got them. I've only charged them 4 or 5 times that whole time and never because they were dead. They last forever! I cut my hair and beard every 2-3 weeks in the shower to give you an idea of usage. Lightweight, quiet and all the attachments fit great and work flawlessly. Also, there is no sign of rust or wear anywhere on them. Get yourself some clipper oil and your good to go!

I bought one in 2022 and thought I'd would last me for year if I'm lucky, i still have it and it operates well. These clippers are the best clippers I bought till this day.

This is a great product comes with lots of accessaries comes with a comb, even an instruction manual, which I don’t think is necessary. The problem I have with it is storage to get everything in the little box that it comes in is time consuming and aggravating It needs to be in a bag. They also need to include a pair of scissors in their item. I think this is a great item. It does the job it says. I haven’t even had to charge the battery yet. For storage purposes, I would not purchase it again. For functionality and accessories I would recommend it highly.

***Update 5/22/2024The seller did promptly ship me a replacement. The clippers are working well although I have yet to test the waterproof rating as I am hesitant due to the first experience. Having the convenience of cordless is great and the battery life is good. But I still would not trust these clippers as being fully waterproof. I have adjusted my review to 4 stars to reflect the great customer service although it would be much better if there was a way to reach the seller directly to resolve issues. It is inconvenient and in my opinion unfair to the seller to have to post a 1 star review and then hope the seller reaches out to you to follow up. At any rate, it all eventually worked out and I am pleased with the product and the customer service provided by the seller.***Update 4/8/2024The seller has reached out to me to resolve the issue. I will revise and update my review pending the outcome.Original Review:I purchased these clippers because of the cordless use and especially the IPX7 Waterproof Rating. The kit comes with a charging cord, all the various length attachments and a storage bag. During the first few uses, the clippers worked well and the battery life was very good. After using them I rinsed them under the faucet. This is when the problems began. The LCD screen began flashing erratically and the motor began starting and stopping intermittently. After the battery drained, the hair clippers completely died. It would no longer turn on or charge. I like the clippers and they perform well but in my experience, they do not hold up to the IPX7 Waterproof Rating. If you need waterproof clippers, I would look elsewhere. I've tried contacting Amazon to get in touch with the seller but because the item is outside the return window I'm unable to speak with anyone. The after sale support for this item is non-existent. Buyer beware.

I had a Wahl Lithium Ion Pro for at least 6 years. Around the second year or so the battery required a full charge before each use or it can stop midway through a cut. Then the power button started acting up the same year. I had to open it to re-solder the wires. Replacing the battery seemed easy but there seemed to be different versions of the 18650 battery. I finally decided to retire the Wahl and get a new hair clipper.The main reason I chose Hatteker was for the waterproof feature. Cleaning up the Wahl after a cut was time consuming. I was surprised at how well it cut without snagging my hair and how low the noise was. Even when the Wahl was brand new, there were some occasional snagging and it was considerably louder than the Hatteker. Although pulling the taper lever back seem to bring down the motor speed and cause some slight snagging it was never as bad as the Wahl (I rarely use the lever any way).Good price for all the additional features but I will definitely update whenever it requires me to perform some "maintenance".Another plus: The old guide combs from Wahl Lithium Ion Pro also fits the Hatteker.7/30/2022 - I've been using this clipper for a year every 2 to 3 weeks and it's still working perfectly. The battery life is going strong and I've noticed no drop in performance.I stopped using the Wahl guide combs as I found out they were too tight and was the reason that the clipper can snag some hair when the taper lever was pulled back. After using the original guide combs the trims feel smoother.I've been using them in the shower and cleaning them while showering and noticed no rust. But I make sure to oil and let it dry before putting it away.03/27/2024 - I still use these every 3 weeks or so and it still works perfectly. I think I only charged it 3 times a year never letting the battery drop below 60%.I did drop these once from sink height and there's a small chip on the body but no damage to the head. The gold colored plating seems to be coming off slighty.I feel that even if it dies tomorrow I already got my money's worth.06/04/2024 - Everything still works great but I recently decided to open it up to clean it thoroughly. One of the threading for the screws on the body was slightly stripped and is a bit loose now. You don't really need to open the body portion anyway so avoid it if you can. No issue with the screws for the blade part of the clippers.
