Great quality product the sound is good

Why did you choose this product over others?: Beware, these are faulty products. Second pair purchased from Music magpie, both times the product was not working properly and clearly not tested. They were great condition but didn’t work. Please be aware, if you buy them and they don’t work, if you return them, make sure you have a receipt for sending them back, luckily I did, although despite knowing they were returned and received they still don’t inform Amazon. Both times I had to spend hours proving to Amazon that I had returned them otherwise they wouldn’t refund me. Music magpie then claim they had sent the refund to Amazon and to contact Amazon if I hadn’t received a refund. Amazon claimed the same, to contact the seller and to wait 14-30 days before they would look into the issue. Amazon should not allow sellers to act like this, don’t expect them to support you and don’t believe the claims about the warranty. I returned mine expecting a replacement but two weeks later after contacting them many times they just blame Amazon. Complete scam.

I love these headphones. Great sound quality and they connect up to my other Apple devices intuitively. You can use Siri to control the volume and because I bought renewed they were good value for money. They're sweat proof as I wear them for running so durable as well and by holding down the ear you can switch noise cancellation on and off which is a good feature.

Would give it a 3.5 out off 10. The build quality and all is good come like factory standards but the sound isn’t the best it has a light static sound which isn’t noticeable when played on loud music and have lasted me a good time.

I bought these “AirPods” and I think they’re allergic to electricity. They don’t charge, they don’t connect, and I’m pretty sure one of them sighed when I tried to pair it. I’ve had more communication with pigeons than these things have had with my phone. At this point they’re just two tiny white ornaments judging me from inside the return package. If you’re looking for earphones that function as actual earphones, avoid. If you want two useless plastic beans that do nothing except ruin your day, perfect purchase. Thank you for taking time to read my review it took some thought and please use this to your advantage and don’t buy!

So when they came in they were packaged very well and secure so happy days with that, after 3 days my left earbud kept playing up (loud fuzzing noise, noise cancellation weak and so on) so I am debating to send these back as £80 worth of earphones are not working properly.

Arrived in mint condition. With Ear tips and a cable too. Got them to replace my original AirPod Pros I bought 4 years ago that have now fallen apart from heavy use. Just for anyone reading in the same position. Keep your old case as now I have an extra full (if not 100% of original battery capacity) days worth of charge as a back up to sit in my backpack or car! Hopefully they last a year or longer until I can get a discounted 2nd generation when the 3rd comes out soon!! Will never pay full price for Apple 🙄🙃

Ich habe die AirPods (1. Generation, refurbished) jetzt mehrere Monate getestet und hatte bisher keinerlei Probleme 😄 Verbindung klappt einwandfrei, Akku hält gut und der Sound ist für den Alltag absolut ausreichend. Für ein generalüberholtes Produkt wirklich eine super Qualität, merkt man kaum einen Unterschied zu neuen. Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen!
