This product is the worst. For the money that you pay. It does not do the basic stuff, does not connect to wifi, disconnects everytime. Most of the games on play store or the aptoid store are not compatible with the game pad. Total waste of money Tech support answered questions when the 10 day return period was on after that they dont reply. Absolutely useless.

Received the box last week in perfect condition. Setup was easy and remote and gamepad are also great. The quality of gamepad is awesome and response while playing games was smooth. Lots of games / apps not available on Google store and aptoide (Says not compatible with device). Simple work around is to get apkpure on it and then you can install and use them. Some games dont work with the gamepad, but that's due to the application developers who did not design their game for gamepad support. The main highlights of this product is - 1. It makes your TV into a smart TV as similar like Fire Stick / Google Chrome. 2. Has Descent collection of Retro Games but not as good with New 4K Gaming stick like Super Console / Retro station which has multiple collection of games from 10+ gaming platforms. 3. It gives you only limited access to Android Games .. which I thought would had allowed to entire Android Market Games like Mobile phones . 4. Highly prized ! 9K .. Mostly since they have provided a Wireless Controller and A Futuristic Look Device 👌.

The first one we got had an issue. Arcade games were not working. I had to contact Amkette support who were prompt to respond and ask to get the replacement. Received the replacement and it is working awesome.. thanks... Overall happy with the product.

The build quality of the console was excellent. I was super excited looking at it. But the graphics took the entire excitement away It looked super cheap and very blurry poor quality So much that I could not tolerate it for a day and returned it
