My fiancee and I are doing the Ideal Protein diet at a local Ideal Protein clinic. Due to the nature of this diet (low fat, carb, & calorie but HIGH protein) it's easy to get backed up so to speak. It's such a common occurrence that they even have a protocol as to how to deal with it if/when it does. Well, I tried most things they suggested including the magnesium citrate. That worked but it left me with really bad gas cramps. So, I decided to try this. The first day nothing. The second day it worked and so far has continued to work well. No real gas pains to speak of. I think the little gas pains I did have was from the fiber in the part 2 pills. Overall, I'm very happy with it and will continue to rely on it when needed throughout my Ideal Protein diet journey!

I’m on day 3 , so far this product has been good. Nothing bad to say, it’s definitely cleansing but not in an irritating or uncomfortable way. Makes everything go smoother. I’ve been going to the gym doing my normal day to day things. I did go quite a few times more than I normally do, but like I said it’s not loose, just smoother. I hope I make sense.

My body definitely could not handle the 6 pills a day. I instantly scaled down to the 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening after a long day in the bathroom. By the 4th day I noticed a reduction in my cravings for sugar and fats. It eliminated bloating and everything else that makes me feel "fat." I will probably only try this again right before a beach vacation or other event I want to look slim for a short time.

I didn’t care for this at all it did not work for me. Maybe it work for some people, but it did nothing for me..
