These give me so much energy and make me feel overall better. As a mama to many sometimes i need a quick energy boost without the caffeine and this does just the trick!! I take 2 a day and it helps so much!! They have so many good vitamins in there that are so good for your health. Take this instead of energy pills!! It's so much better for you!!

If you do some research NOT all B vitamins will start working for you at the same time. B12 effects can start working within a couple days for some to 2 weeks. Others like B2 will take 3 months to work. SO all that said: I do not suspect I will have a legit review for this product for two more months. I dont like having to take 3 pills for anything but if they work its worth it. I like that they are also TIME RELEASE - YEY total plus.
