The chair arrived on time and was well packaged. Like in many of the comments, the underside of the seat had several small damage marks from the factory, but all visible areas of the seats and frame were in good condition. I put the chair together myself in perhaps fifteen minutes. I didn't find it that hard. It comes with a little tool, but I used my ratchet on the bolts instead and saved myself much time and effort. I kept all the bolts loose until I was able to fit the last bolt into place and then tightened them down. That last bolt did take a minute or two to align correctly, but after that it was simple. The chair looks good and is comfortable for my big frame. It feels quite solid too. Interestingly at 5' 10" my feet barely touch the ground, so if your a short person be aware of that and that your feet might end up hanging in space.

The two chairs I had ordered had just arrived today. The delivery experience was perfect, Amazon did everything expected as always.I had read many reviews stating about the packing damages they had experienced when opening the boxes.I was thinking it was overstated, but upon opening my first box, that was totally undamaged on the exterior.I found the bottom seat cushion was damaged in 2 locations.Manny Stated they had difficulty in the assembly. I followed the tips many had stated to leave all the screws loose until all were started in their holes and were properly aligned so the threads won’t cross threaded.Using the provided tool that was included in the hardware package. I was able to align all the fastener holes with the corresponding nuts that were inside each cushion on their back side.. then just carefully snugs all of the partially installed Hardware down a little at a time, until all were fully seated .Everything that is visual from the top back and sides was not damaged. Only the underside of the bottom seat cushion on 2 locations in the fabric covering , so you would not see it unless you flipped the chair over. Overall the first chair seems very sturdy and comfortable. I am very happy I chose these chairs despite the manufacturing damages.I will have to assemble the other chair tomorrow running out of time before heading out to work. I hope this helps somebody. I bought these chairs for my dad and uncle who are big and tall. Both have sciatica and weigh over 350 lbs. They said it's the best chair they've ever had. It's very sturdy. The seat is the right height and not too soft (which is great for big and tall people). Assembly was a breeze. I'm not sure why all of the bad reviews.... seriously. If you're thinking about purchasing one, do it!

This is a very nice chair, but it didn't last. My son sits in a chair on his computer for several hours at a time, every day. This chair DID NOT last. Purchased October 2023. The chair broke on both sides in May 2025. I bought another one of your chairs in 2020. It broke as well. These chairs are not built for someone to sit in for long periods. They DO NOT LAST. I would love a suggestion, if you have one—a 380lb person who is sitting in a chair for maybe 16 hours per day.

This chair is the perfect size for me. Some chairs' seat are an inch or so too high and my feet do not rest completely on the floor so all my leg weight is supported in my thighs which press against the seat and make them sore. With this chair, my feet are on the ground so weight gets transferred to the ground and my thighs feel much better. The chair is still high enough that I can sit up straight, and I can sit down and stand up easily. The chair is very sturdy and the hand rails offer a lot of support. Looks nice too. Best chair I've bough ever maybe from a functional point of view for a tall heavy guy.Regarding assembly: I have bought two of these. The first took longer than expected to put together considering there are only 8 bolts. The second went together in a few minutes. Some tips:1. Do not tighten the bolts until the end. Some of the holes you put the bolts through are actually ovals that let you adjust the chair to line up the other holes - as long as the bolts are not tight.2. Have an awl or small flathead screwdriver handy that you can use to line up the holes.3, There is padding over some of the holes which mean you might have to push more than expected for the bolts to catch.
