Unisex-Adult Swim Training Pull Buoy

I used this while swimming after an ACL repair surgery. It worked exactly as described - kept my legs afloat and kept me from having to or wanting to kick, while still getting a decent swim workout. It fit my 5'10" body easily, and I'm sure it'd fit just about any avg size adult perfectly.

Works well floats. Fits well use daily for training.

This swim buoy is great for laps. My daughter uses it to practice on the swim team and its great quality, has held up for years! It is a normal sized buoy for between your legs. The blue color has lasted well through all the chlorine exposure

I had a pool built this last summer. I need it for exercise due to multiple spinal surgeries. The Speedo Pull Buoy made it possible for me to ease back into swimming due to the size and the fact it stays afloat. This allows me to work on my arms without exhausting my legs and/or back at the same time .

My son needed this for swim practice, and he says they work great. They are comfortable, the right size for him, and easy to use. He wanted this one since he teammates have the same one... it looks nice, is not heavy, thickness seems right. He uses it daily.

I use this regularly for certain swim drills and it works exactly as expected. Comfortable to hold, doesn’t slip, and helps isolate the legs for a better upper-body workout. Great training tool.
