LorAnn Mold Inhibitor (4 oz, Clear)

I used this in some gummy candies that had coconut oil and hemp infused coconut oil. It worked really well at inhibiting mold. Before using this it was important to keep the gummies frozen and now they can be refrigerated for extended periods of time.

This is a wonderful product for anyone that does candy-making of any kind, including making homemade gummies, which is what I used it for. Normally, homemade gummies will go moldy in about three days without the presence of an inhibitor. This product turns your homemade treats into shelf-stable ones so none of your ingredients go to waste. I find this particularly useful if you're making homemade vitamins, probiotics or other supplements, but it works for regular old baked goods too! I imagine that this will be a fantastic addition to Chrostmas cookies, especially for those that I end up shipping across the country. Pair it with LorAnn's Preserve-It for even longer shelf-life. It has no discernible taste and the packaging directions are clear and easy to follow. I recommend this if you're in the market for something similar—LorAnn has a stellar reputation. Happy making! P.s. I completely recommend purchasing disposable droppers/pipettes to use with this product as oftentimes you only need a very small quantity to get the job done.

These seem to help in preventing my home made gummy bears from going bad too soon. As I am making my mixture, I add half a teaspoon to the mixture before pouring mixture into the molds. Using this mold inhibitor has kept my gummies from spoiling for 11 days when stored in the refrigerator.

Loved it, came quite quickly and I use it to increase the shelf life of gummy candy I make. I don't need much of it so it should last me a long time & the price was great.

Bought but keep for getting to use it only need a few drops to protect my gummies but due to forgetting mine ho mouldy not products fault at all. I have used and does help prolong shelf life. Just need to remember to use it.
