I have had these for about 3 months now. I have a Craftsman set of tools that came with Ni-Cad batteries. Ni-Cads do not tolerate infrequent use and therefore they did not last long. The tools sat for many years worthless and taking up space. I picked these batteries up based on price and customer reviews. I did not want to invest much just to see if they would work. Since I have had them, they have exceeded my expectations. I have never run one down in the drill. In the cordless circular saw, they wear fairly quick and the saw bogs down pretty easy but it is what it is. I have yet to use them in the reciprocating saw but that is coming up shortly. I expect the convenience of having the cordless option in limited circumstances to be worth the cost. The original charger works great and takes about an hour to fully charge. It does not read the battery as needing a charge unless the battery is quite low. The batteries are also a little tight to get in and out of the tools but that is a very minor problem overall. A little finesse and they work fine. Overall, a good, low cost option for those whose use and need is limited but value the convenience of having cordless tools for quick and easy jobs.

My wife bought me a set of Craftsman 19.2v battery tools over a decade ago and I rarely used them. The reason why they were rarely used is because the batteries that came with the tools quickly failed to take a charge any longer. Maybe I left them on the charger too long? I don't know. So after recently moving I ran across the tools again and tried charging the old batteries once again and they failed to take a charge, so I ordered this 2-pack of replacement batteries. I put them on my original charger (small compact charger style) and the indicator light showed them as charging. Whalah! They charged up. I read that they will take a full charge in one hour, but I don't know for sure and my charger does not indicate when they are fully charged (I left one on the charger for 12 hours and the light still showed charging). So, because I didn't want to risk over charging is when I researched how long it takes to fully charge them and I found it was one hour. Anyway, I put the first one on my drill and it ran great! I then charged the 2nd one for 90 minutes, put it on my circular saw and it ran great! The battery on the drill is still full of power (multiple uses so far), but the one on the saw has slowed down (I used to make about 10 cuts). I am happy with these batteries, now I am in search of a better charger that will not overcharge them and uses a full charge indicator light.

I suppose you could call these aftermarket replacements since they do not have a Craftsman label but as far as I know they are probably manufactured at the same facility that provided the originals. I have several Craftsman tools that I bought around fifteen years ago that still get used frequently and so I was pleased to see these replacements offered for sale at around half the price of OEM from Craftsman. These batteries don't last forever but after six months and several charging cycles I am happy with their performance. My only complaint is that they are more difficult to remove from the tools but I can live with that.

I received these batteries within a few days of ordering them, and I had selected the standard, free shipping so I was pleasantly surprised by how quick I got them. As it happened, I was doing a job around the house and as it turned out, I needed the batteries to power my Sears reciprocating saw. I connected one of the batteries just hoping that the battery was at least partially charged, and discovered that the battery was almost fully charged! It powered my saw the rest of the day. The price for this 2-pack of batteries was great also. I had been looking around for some replacement batteries for my set of battery-powered tools from Sears, and these batteries had the best price by far. Shipping them charged was just a bonus that came in very handy for me to finish a household job the very day I received the batteries. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good replacement (or spare) batteries for their cordless power tools.

These fit my Craftsman 19.2 Volt drill perfectly. The hold a good charge. Good quality. Replacement parts such as this are getting harder and harder to find for older tools.

They work just fine, but I thought they would last a longer time, and they don't the price was right. For what i use them for what I use them for they do the job. .

Can't comment yet on longevity, but poduct (batteries) appear to be good quality. used in a cordless drill and cordless circular saw.
