We have purchased these zappers two times, because we keep sharing them with friends and family. That being said, the last ones we purchased had one racquet with a malfunction. We wrote about the problem, and were completely amazed with how quickly and efficiently the seller worked with us to resolve ther problem. No doubt, we will continue to be loyal customers. Highly recommended.

These are great if you have mosquito, fly or even bee problems. I have been using mine on the initial charge for over a week and in a quick Flash, the insect is dropped to the ground. I got the large 2 pack and glad I did because they work so well.

The zapper is larger than the one we previously had so we should be able to zap more critters with greater accuracy!! We have already put the zapper to use and are pleased with it.

Used for all bugs. Tiny flying bugs more difficult to hit. Would’ve given 5 stars. But two of my zappers stopped working. Was fun while it lasted!

I bought a package of two. They both stopped working after the first charge. They worked well for fruit flies for the short time they worked but it wasn't strong enough for flies. I would have returned them if we hadn't already disposed of the packaging.

received them and one was stuck on zap. had to turn off because it wouldn't've stop zapping. Back to the good ole fly swatter

It has smaller holes for its nets so it can capture small insect easily. On the flip side, this may generate more "wind" so fly may detect the air movement and goes away. The main issue is that, it doesn't do much to the flies. After the zap sound, they continue flying away. My older one could knock them out for about 10 seconds, enough time to put them away.If fly is not your main concern, this is a good product.

Great for mosquitoes. For a low $30 price, getting two, I can have one outside and one inside. They’re just a fairly cheap plastic but they’re not really made for smacking around and getting crazy with. I was afraid of them being plastic, they would break fairly quickly. But so long as you take care of them they’re fine. Does an amazing job on the mosquitoes around my house. Flies are much harder to zap and I actually don’t care about by the name since I have been bitten so often by those dreaded mosquitoes.
