11 Inch Heavy Gauge Steel Baking Sheet Pan

Very nice sheet pans that fit perfect in my countertop oven. The non stick coating makes for easy cleanup. Definitely would buy again.

Perfect non stick pan. I use these to make egg bread (eggs, milk, flour, and salt). It’s a very sticky batter that clings to everything but these. These work better than the $30 Williams Sonoma pan that still has remnants of egg bread batter clinging to it. The coating is easily scratched, so keep all metal utensils away from them. You won’t need utensils anyway, since everything slides right off.

These baking sheets are durable, easy to clean, sturdy and hold the heat well.

Got them as a gift for someone who wanted a specific size tray. They are the right size, largest that fits in the toaster oven. It seems to be decent at being non-stick, however the coating on the pans started coming off after the first use due to leaving them in water for a bit to soak. So apparently you can't soak these and it'll make the coating come straight off if you have to scrub at all. Still worked decent for the price.

One of those things that I have been using daily for a quick bake in either my main oven or my Cosori toaster oven. Never had a problem, works really well and cooks really well. Great product. Now I'm looking for a larger size for cooking full chicken pieces.

These pans are just the right size. Those sold as "toaster oven" pans are TOO SMALL for cooking 2 servings and a regular quarter sheet pan is TOO BIG for a toaster oven (they will fit but don't allow heat flow around them). These are the same weight as a quarter sheet pan, their non-stick is equal to quality bakeware, and they easily fit in the dishwasher. Finally - the right size for a toaster oven.

[15 June 2023] Update. I've had to completely strip 1 of the pans to prevent any of the useless gold paint coating from getting into food. The pan is steel. While that's great for sturdiness, you can forget using it in the dishwasher, and you must wash by hand and immediately dry it. It will start to rust quikly. At this point, these pans are best used for the garage, and never for cooking. Re-rating down to 1 star for a total fail as a kitchen product. ----- [7 June 2023] I usually use foil in pans when I'm baking/broiling anything, except deserts. I've been using these pans for about a month, with foil inserted. However, recently we've used them a few times to roast veggies and meat, either directly on the pan or using a small rack insert. They had still been fine. Recently though, I broiled fish, on a rack, and the drippings stuck like crazy to the pan, so I soaked it in soap/water overnight. I usually wipe my 'non-stick' pans with a silicone pad or light plastic bristled brush. It wasn't enough to remove the baked on residue. So I had to use a 'scrubber' sponge, using light pressure, hoping it would be enough to gently scrape the remaining residue off. Instead? It peeled off the 'non-stick' coating around the edges and corners, and I could feel much more of the coating was rough and pitted. At which point I just grabbed the steel-wool pad, because now I'm concerned about coating coming off in our food. It started peeling off like it wasn't even there. The pan itself is solid, and works great. I'm satisfied with the physical durability and manufacturing of the pan. But.. and it's now a huge but.. this 'non-stick' coating is so crappy that now I'm worried it's almost like an auto-paint powder-coat. I think it's more for appearance than 'non-stick' purpose. I am definitely sticking (no pun intended) with glass or un-coated pans in the future.

I bought these as a replacement for the one that came with a Hamilton Beach toaster oven. The original would no longer come clean. Although these are a bit smaller than the one I was replacing, they are of excellent quality. They fit the oven well and are a good size for cooking. Food seems to be non stick so far. Very sturdy and do not buckle when heated.

True to description and good quality, it was not easy for me to find the right size of the pan to fit into the oven that I have but luckily that I found it. The delivery took a bit long as it's oversea and COVID but it works perfect so it is worth the wait. I use it almost every day and we like the food cooked from it.

Finally a tray that does not warp nor get grime! Good product! I have used it for a couple of months now and easy to clean, excellent product!!!
