This is one of the best supplements I have ever taken. And of all the people I have recommended it to, there has been an 80% success rate. If there is a return policy, then you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying this. Also I give this to my dog for mild hip pain. It has worked wonders. Again, nothing to lose. Just take one per day per human or dog. I am not affiliated with this company but I am affiliated with my own aches and pains and that of my dog.

Great for inflammation and knee pain
Started this at end of February and it is already helping with joint pain and inflammation in my knees.

They are good for your bones
I’ve been taking out about a week. I have taken them before prescribed by my foot doctor. Having trouble my feet again so decided to start taking again. A little too early to tell whether they will work again.

It Works!!!
This stuff is amazing. I really believe it is building the cartilage back in my knee. My orthopedist is going to take X-rays on my next visit to see for sure. However, I am having to wear my compression brace only occasionally if I am walking a lot with no breaks. Two years ago I couldn't walk without a brace and a cane. In 3 months time the improvement has been radical even with a fall landing on the arthritic knee. I highly recommend this.

Feeling like it's kicking in already
Only 2.5 days in to therapy. My thumb is the worst followed by my knee. Today I used my thumb a lot and did a lot of stairs. Most say you notice in a week. This was 2 days and I noticed less stiffness, soreness and more flexibility. Also taking curcurmin at night and the eggshell in the morning.
