I’m not really a breakfast person, and neither is my 11-year-old, but these Boost drinks have been a total game-changer. They taste good (thankfully, because we both drink them) and give us the nutrients we need without making us feel sluggish. I love that my growing girl isn’t heading to school on an empty stomach—plus, the calorie and sugar content are way more reasonable than I expected. Definitely a win for both of us.

Pretty good for a protein shake. Bought these during breast feeding to help with calorie / protein intake. Wish they had more protein, but not bad for the vitamins and calories.
