2020 Apple MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) (QWERTY English) Space Gray (Renewed)

I’m very pleased. I was nervous of spending over £500 on a used machine, especially one four years old, but it’s almost immaculate, with just one tiny little scratch on the cover, of about 3 or 4mm. Battery health is at 98% which is great for the age. Never used Mac or MacBook before, and I’m blown away by its capabilities. The Apple Intelligence is brilliant, and the trackpad is genuinely useful - so many useful gestures/shortcuts at the swipe or pinch of the fingers. And I love the fingerprint reader access. It’s possibly slightly slower than my gaming pc, but that has 64mb of ram and a 12gb GPU. This doesn’t mean the MacBook is slow, just that there’s a pause of a few seconds for Word to open, for example - it’s not instant. However, the fact that the machine is ready instantly when you open the lid more than makes up for that. No boot up time at all. Setup was a doddle. Took an hour or so, but that was partly due to the downloading of updates. It’s a lot of money to pay for a four year old machines but I have no regrets. Very good value for money.

My laptop arrived on time and very protected. it would have taken a major knock to damage the laptop. The device itself is in excellent condition (I ordered the best variant) and is a nice grey colour. It works like a brand new laptop. I had ordered one from Back Market but it was damaged, not a fully English keyboard and when I tried to get it repaired, the seller took it back and never reached out until I was refunded. I feel that the amazon team would be far better should I have an issue. The laptop powers on very quickly and has had no issues contacting to my other apple devices (the back market one had issues connecting to iCloud). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend one if you doubt want to spend £1000+ for a brand new one. Having used a brand new 2025 MacBook, unless you're wanting to push it to its absolute limits you won't notice a difference.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished mac, but it has honestly been the best purchase. I bought the excellent version, and it’s literally good as new. I got 100% battery health, with 32 cycle count which is amazing! I use my mac for university mainly, and a bit of everything else so it’s very handy. I knew I didn’t need to invest in something spenny for myself (like the recent models), and this has really lived up to beyond my expectations. It does have the tiniest scratch on the apple logo, but it’s not an issue at all. It does come with an “admin” account that you need to log in to, but make sure to delete that and reset your Mac for the sake of safety as you want to input your own details. (They give you the password) Easy to set up, connect, good overall!

be very wary of buying renewed from this listing, even if paying for 'excellent' - the quality you select is not a guarantee. the MacBook arrived with liquid damage to the keyboard leaving many of the keys sticky when in use, a plastic clip on the inside of one of the keycaps broken - the key popping off every time when pressed, and the macbook dying at 20% battery when unplugged, despite the reported decent battery health. some of the listing images also incorrectly show the keyboard being british english/ISO UK layout, the macbook i received was not. physically the macbook body was mostly fine aside from a very visible dent on one corner. very disappointing overall. i wouldn't recommend taking the risk )-

Amazing condition, one small scuff on the side but not noticeable and I plan to buy a case anyway :) One thing is that the charger doesn’t work properly- only works at a certain angle. Aside from that this is very good for the price! We’ll see how it does over the weeks.

Absolutely worth the money. This MacBook performs fantastically and has a battery life of at least 15 hours (only had to charge twice in over a week of owning it). Only one mark on the underside but not really noticeable unless laptop is upside down (otherwise unblemished).

I don't leave reviews all that often but this is worth it! For the price, this is unbeatable value! Got the device in acceptable condition which turned out to be better than expected and with 94% battery health?!! Bargain, delivered quickly, well packaged and great device... Don't know what else you could ask for in a small form factor MacBook air!

My MacBook Air was delivered in a brand new condition, well packed and worked straight out of the box. It's fantastic for apps such as Chordify and Zoom as the sound quality is good. I use it a lot for remote music lessons with GarageBand and find it simple to set up and use. It was a good price and exactly what I needed. I'm happy with the colour and build quality. I would buy again.

Und das Beste daran: Es wird dabei nicht heiß oder laut. Der Lüfter läuft praktisch nie, was das M1 MacBook Air unglaublich leise macht. Dies ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn man viel unterwegs arbeitet oder in ruhigen Umgebungen wie Cafés oder Bibliotheken ist. Die Leistung ist beeindruckend. Selbst bei anspruchsvolleren Aufgaben wie Video-Bearbeitung, Bildbearbeitung oder mehreren gleichzeitig geöffneten Apps bleibt das MacBook Air absolut flüssig und reaktionsschnell. Apps öffnen sich in einem Bruchteil einer Sekunde, und ich habe nie das Gefühl, dass der Computer ins Stocken gerät. Bei geringerer Belastung kann der Akku sogar noch länger durchhalten. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Grafikkartenleistung des M1-Chips. Spiele und grafikintensive Anwendungen laufen auf diesem MacBook überraschend gut, was für ein ultradünnes Gerät dieser Größe außergewöhnlich ist. Die Integration von Hardware und Software funktioniert perfekt, und es gibt keinerlei Verzögerungen oder Ruckeln. Insgesamt ist das M1 MacBook Air ein wahres Kraftpaket in einem ultraleichten, dünnen Design. Es ist die perfekte Wahl für alle, die ein schnelles, leistungsstarkes und zugleich äußerst tragbares Gerät suchen. Bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Alles läuft einwandfrei und der Akku ist auch in gutem Zustand. Die Preisleistung ist hier wirklich vollkommen in Ordnung, vor allem, wenn man sich die normalen Apple Preise anschaut.

Der Artikel hatte riesige Dellen, die man aus 3 km sehen konnte. Es fehlte quasi eine gesamte Ecke, die 1 cm tief weg war. Es war alles zerkratzt, der Bildschirm hatte eine gesamte defekte Ecke. Auf dem Computer waren eingebrannt Sticker Rückstände, die nicht mehr entfernen werden konnten. So etwas kann man doch nicht verkaufen.

Apple Macbook Air 13” 8GB RAM SSD 256GB ricondizionato. La scocca in alluminio risulta integra e priva di graffi significativi. Lo schermo retroilluminato LED non presenta alcun difetto visibile; fotocamera funzionante. Ottimo il touchpad che offre scorrevolezza, precisione e un gradevole feedback tattile. Audio fornito dagli altoparlanti integrati pieno e corposo. Non ho riscontrato, ad oggi, particolari problemi con la batteria a livello di autonomia e di ricarica. La confezione contiene un caricatore non originale, con design analogo a quello ufficiale. Il portatile offre solamente due porte USB-C Thunderbolt e un jack audio (tutti funzionanti), si rende necessario l’acquisto di un hub multiporta. Il sistema operativo installato non è il Big Sur 11 ma il più recente Ventura 13; non si sono riscontrate problematiche nelle funzionalità. A mio parere un neo di questo portatile è la configurazione della tastiera che presenta modifiche nella disposizione dei caratteri sia rispetto al modello standard italiano sia rispetto al Macbook Pro 2015; occorre abituarsi e apprendere le nuove scorciatoie (ad es. per i caratteri accentati). Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo (acquistato a 939€). La spedizione è stata rapida e senza complicazioni. Complessivamente sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
