While there seems to be some having problems (maybe there was a bad batch) mine don’t seem to have any problems. I tested them before connecting any devices or loads. Unfortunately, and this is my fault, I didn’t realize these were micro-B and not USB-C so I don’t have a good way to verify charge rates, but it seems to work well enough to get the job done. I can still use them in spite of the wrong interface for my current use case so I plan to use them maybe in a future project. For now, I just have 1 sitting in a test system.

Not getting the 1000 milliamp battery charge as stated in description can only achieve 700 milliamp.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 40 pack of these buggers going for $10! You could literally find listings on here for 2 for $10 or 10 for $10. 40 wow what a steal, fantastic and will buy again!

Works great and as expected! I usually just play around with these on my setups and just want a good price since most of these work the same. The cheapest option was buying it on Amazon surprisingly and they work as expected. Would recommend.
