Check the ingredients description
Blueberries are great for you; but the description on the back of the package is in several different foreign languages, not English, so it’s difficult to really know what the ingredients really are.

Recommended product
Wild blueberries/bilberries are and old German remedy for any kind of inflammatory gut problem. I did not quite expect them to be so brittle, but I suppose that's what freeze-drying does. Not the type of product to eat a handful as a snack, but they add nice texture and intense flavour to yoghurt or cereal or you could easily grind them into a powder. I would buy these again.
