Does this work with vodafone?

Yes. Vodafone uses BT's lines just like most others ISPs. With the exception of Virgin which has its own separate network. This has a built in VDSL modem which works with BT fibre connection. Virgin users would have to use their existing router in modem mode or assign it a static IP and forward any ports if needed.

Would I be able to have this router and my bt router on at the same time without interference and if so how would I set it up

ou can connect them usiing a USB cable between the the two WAN ports. It sort of defeats the puspose of having a DLS router. I recently tried it to seeif it would improve tthe WiFi strength but I think my BT connection is G.Fast so the DSL connection didn't work but I could connect it to the BT router using the WAN ports. You can go into the ISP router and turn off the WiFi. I didn't see any improvement in the WiFi strength even after changing the channels so it was a bit pointless keeping it in my case.

Is there a size limit to a usb device plugged into it? have a lot of photos / music that could be shared round the house.

I recently bought this product and whilst the setup on PlusNet initially worked it now doesn't have an connection. Anyone else have this?

I'm using it with Plusnet and don't have this problem. Try testing the connection with your Plusnet router. If the line is fine factory reset the Asus router and begin the setup again. Also update it to the lastest firmware.
