As usual, as with all flagship devices, its a fantastic phone; great battery life, rapid responses, blah blah you've heard it all before, its a flagship device, expect flagship performance. As with all phones, how its rated is usually dependent on whether the user bought the correct type of phone for their intended uses. Pros: everything, its a flagship device afterall. Also the S pen is neat Cons: expensive if you bought it at retail price of 1.1k Latest gorilla glass just gets more brittle every generation, sure its harder and more scratch resistant, but its cracks alot easier. I for one would rather have some scratches than a bunch of cracks. And a screen protector is easy to fit and replace, and protects the screen against scratches better than a case would protect it from cracking from a drop. Samsung bloatware, as per the norm

It arrived promptly, thank you and it's amazing! The Galaxy Note10+ 5G is even more fabulous than the S8 I had before. I'll not go into all the pros and cons about the device as there are a ton of reviews out there but, suffice to say, I am absolutely delighted. The Note10+ does it all and more with bells on. I'm still getting to know it but I love the S Pen and the things it can do. Very happy with the Black Friday price I paid for this phone too. Got a great sim-only deal from 3 as well and am now all set for 5G when it gets rolled out to our neck of the woods. I'm a convert who was formerly a lifelong iPhone user, changing over to a Samsung S8 a couple of years ago. I wanted to see what the 'dark side' was all about. The mental challenge initially made my head hurt, switching from what I'd instinctively do in IOS to having to think before doing the same thing in Android. In the end the experiment was a success and I am so impressed with Samsung and Android that I won't ever go back. Never say never, but I am as certain as I can be, especially now I have this wonderful device!
