Since I have very small wristS, I was glad to be able to make it smaller to fit my wrist.

The media could not be loaded. I wore these a lot in college and in high school for lifting performance & I would say they are still as good now. I do sleep better and I would agree that It helps with balance as I am not covered in bruises from bumping/ falling into things. I would recommend!

Very comfortable I like you can change the size of it. Very comfortable to wear.

Didn't feel anything cuase it kept coming loose. Not pleased with this bracelet.

Use the product daily to wear, and of course wear it to the gym. Very good quality, considering purchasing another one.
