Fedora Panama Hat - Lightweight & Rollable

My husband is extremely please with this hat, comfortable and a good fit. Looks very smart.

Had a few of these, both roll up and not. Nicely made and last if looked after. Maybe buy a 1/4 to 1/2 larger than you might think, its better to fit spacer than look like someone from coventry.

Nice quality and well made. I followed other reviews and instructions for measuring my head before my purchase. From this I ordered the correct size adding a little bit of length. My advice is add more as there is a drawstring internally you can use to tighten if you wish. Mine is slightly tight having followed the prior instructions but hopefully will stretch slightly with use.

Bought this Panama hat for mu husband to take on holiday - it was a success. Rolled it up and stored it in a tube, once we got to our destination (24 hours later) took it out and within hours it was back in it's fabulous shape - well worth the money.

Good quality, but always a gamble without trying on. Definitely a small 58!

My head is a bit less than 56 cm, but when the hat size 56 cm arrived it was way too small. The inside is 54 cm, so there is no way it would fit. The outside is 56 cm, but that is irrelevant, so the size is misleading. I returned it right away.

Quality and fit of hat met expectations. Too early to comment on long term quality performance of the hat, however see no reason to worry.

I tracked down the hat worn by British gardening presenter Monty Don and bought it for my husband. Not sure what it is, but compared to similar Panama hats it is… well, it’s just cool. Stylish… makes him look like a million bucks! What more can I say?

Habitualmente no uso sombrero, salvo los fines de semana cuando practico el aeromodelismo y paso horas al sol mirando al cielo. Es entonces cuando uno agradece disponer de un sombrero con el que protegerse. Podría usar una gorra con visera , pero entonces las orejas no quedan protegidas, así que he optado por un sombrero de ala relativamente ancha , ligero, elegante y fresco. Siguiendo las instrucciones para medir la circunferencia de la cabeza la medida recibida es la correcta. Estaba preocupado por este asunto dado que en muchas opiniones en Amazon UK indicaban que el sombrero recibido era de una talla efectiva superior a la solicitada. Merece la pena dedicar un tiempo a medirse la cabeza varias veces y sacar una media de las medidas. Ante la duda yo siempre elegiría una talla superior, ya que se pueden añadir fácilmente suplementos de corcho, goma eva, etc para ajustar la talla. Quiero pensar que efectivamente , tal y como rezan en la descripción, la fabricación de este sombrero es totalmente artesanal y sujeta a las directrices definidas para publicitarse como Comercio Justo. Tejer un sombrero de esta densidad de hebras requiere un trabajo manual que hay que valorar , y este ha sido el principal argumento para decantarme por este sombrero. El sombrero se envía sin enrollar en caja grande , por lo que no hay que preocuparse de que haya perdido la forma durante largos periodos de almacenamiento. Recibido en el tiempo estipulado , el vendedor ha respondido a mis preguntas en tiempo y forma. En mi opinión (sin ser tampoco barato) , pagar más por un sombrero de este tipo no tiene sentido .
