The practice is researched based, and the rationale for creating a fluid playbook that include high yield strategies that help coaches to guide teachers toward instructional improvement is spot on. The research and references provided in the book inspire the reader/learner to dig deeper into the process by reading the additional suggested resources. A resource for districts and schools developing an instructional coaching program. A must read for all instructional coaches.
