Excellent Cleaning
Excellent at cleaning my settees. I have used the Vax Cleaning solution to clean my settees but this is excellent and really cleaned them well. Stains that I had not been able to get out with other cleaning solutions came out with Vax Platinum. Definitely worth the extra money. It smells nice and fresh.

Great for cleaning 10 year old carpets with grime and stains!
I used the Vax Platinum Antibacterial 4L solution on a 10-year-old carpet while moving in a rental. The carpet had years of built-up grime, smelt a little and a few pet stains, so I was hoping for a decent deep clean. It took about four full passes with a Vax carpet cleaner to really get the dirt out. The first day, the smell actually got worse (which was a bit worrying) but it turned out it was just pulling old dirt and odours to the surface. By the second day (after a few more passes and proper drying), it cleared up completely and smelled fresh and clean. For homes with pets or carpets that haven’t had a deep clean in years, it’s a solid choice. One tip: do a rinse pass with just water at the end, it helps remove any leftover solution and speeds up drying! Overall, it’s not cheap, but it works well for targeted deep cleaning, especially when surface-level cleaning isn’t enough.

Great for deep cleaning even long standing grime.
Works really well with our Vax Platinum Max machine. Leaves a fresh odour and cleans really well especially if you pretreat the spots and worst soiled areas.

Superb cleaning with my new Vac carpet cleaner. Brought the carpet fluffed up and looking great. Didn't need too much to clean two rooms so is good value for money.

Strong cleaning solution
Excellent cleaner, very pleasant smell. Used in our new house where all the carpets had tea/coffee stains plus smelt very stale. This cleaner has made a big difference- Not all the stains were removed but then I don’t know how long they’d been there!
