Good product works fine for baked products.
I use Psyllium Husk powder in my bread recipe. I have only used the one from Bulk previously. This powder appears to be at least equal in quality. Some other reviews mention this powder turning their baked products purple, I did not see this effect. My bread turned out great with this powder (as I did with the Bulk version) but I would still recommend this product over the Bulk one based on the nutritional stats that suggest this is a purer product. fibre 89g vs 80g and carbs 0g vs 4g

High quality product. Great for your gut
Much better quality than other stuff I've bought. My parents use this stuff from a company that makes this in Bangladesh. The quality here is compatible to that but at a lower price. Since I've started using this stuff I've noticed my bowel movements are much smoother and I get less floating in general

Dissolve in water better than others
The best Pysillium so far I have purchase. It really easy to dissolve in water and it tastes better and easy to drink. It is a bit more expensive than other but, but really worth it.

Product quality not constant between batches: Weird dark colour and not jellifying properly
I tried this product for baking gluten free bread and the first time it was perfect, it was creating a very good gel like structure when adding water and was light brown in colour and when baking, the bread was having a wonderful spongy structure. This last batch instead is completely different. When I add (cold) water to the psyllium, it turns brown/purple in colour and even after 5 minutes the structure is not anymore a gel-like structure but is still quite runny, like the product has some form of impurity. I hope the supplier will do better quality checks in future.
