Great Yeast, works in colder temps!!
This is great product!! Solved my issue, been in a tropical year round climate hot n humid, came back to USA in Nebraska where its fall and the yeast I bought locally just doesn't rise for hours n hours in colder temps, can't imagine full winter. My sour dough was half the height. Changed to more protein flour in the mix, plus this yeast, and in 1 hour it was already looking ready to do final proofing (shocked), was expecting 3 hours. Tonight my bread came out looking great, and taste is awesome. And, bread is airy and crunchy crust, perfecto.

Fast Rising, Reliable Yeast
I bought this yeast mainly for making Chinese steamed buns (mantou), and it works perfectly! The dough rises quickly and evenly, and the buns turn out soft, fluffy, and light every time.

Very active yeast
This is a very active yeast that gives a rapid rise to the dough. I have had very good results with this yeast in bread making.

Great Yeast, Minor Packet Design Issues
The yeast itself works perfectly—very dependable and produced fluffy, pillowy results every time. I also like that the individual packets keep everything fresh and are convenient to store. That said, the packet design could be better. They’re difficult to open, there’s no serration, and the packets are attached without easy separation. I also noticed some static, which makes it hard to get all the yeast out. Since recipes often call for varying amounts, you sometimes need to open more than one packet or use only part of one. Overall, the quality of the yeast is excellent, but the packaging keeps this from being a full five stars.
