GOAT STORY Mug (Black_real leather, 16 oz.)

This is the ONLY reason I'd be willing to pay this asking price for a coffee mug. This is too cute. I've only unboxed it about an hour ago and am already using it. *g* My daughter was wanting one as well, but for the time being we'll fight over-I mean share this one. The mom in me balks at the idea of carrying hot liquids in the mug while wearing it on your person with the strap, but I haven't done it myself, nor have I been able to find any information about whether or not it would be safe to do so,. The lid fits nice and snug (most travel mugs I've come across do not), and the smaller lid covering the mouthpiece also appears to be more secure than most. I'd like to point out that unless you use the mug frequently for a length of time, you may need to be careful about inserting it into its base when full to make sure the weight is balanced properly. It appears that it may not be compatible with most vehicle cup holders, but as I haven't attempted it myself, II'll ask anyone reading this to simply be cautious when trying it. It's an automatic smile when looking at it, it's too cute. The fabric bag it comes in is sturdy, nice-looking, and big enough that it could be used for other things. The sticker the product comes with is currently decorating the closed fold of my laptop and is just as cute as the mug. Also, the educational aspect of it - the origin of the coffee bean - was the coolest piece of information I've come across. :-) So far as how well it keeps the temperature of the liquid, a hair more than the average Wal-Mart travel mug you can get. This isn't too much of a concern for me, as if I haven't drank it by the time it's cooled off, I've outgrown the drink for the day anyhow. :-)

This was a really cool gift to give!!! I opened it when I got it just to make sure everything was there that it was intact and ate first off is stunning The Packaging is gorgeous it comes in a burlap sack and has cool little sticker it has the story about it the goat Story the material of the holder that you put around it is just it was awesome amazing and even had stitching like real leather it was just it's stunning a great gift I recommend it for anybody hands down and again is this was a gift for someone and they just absolutely loved it and it's actually bigger than what I thought it was going to be for some reason I pictured it being a little smaller than it was going to be able to hold the coffee as well it no it's it's perfect!!!

I absolutely LOVE my goat story mug, its creative, elegant, and durable. great straps, easy to clean and a great conversation starter. Stands well on base, hasn't leaked on me once. I only gave it 4 stars because if you strap it to say a backpack with the short strap; you need to remove the leather cuff; it doesn't stay on after you are walking and jumping around and it fell and scratched my cuff :( but other then that its perfect. If you carry it with the body strap you will be fine. Enjoy and def get the 16 oz. I use it for water through out my day after I have my coffee.

Awesome design, and looks great, but I only used it a few times now its collecting dust on my bookshelf.I stopped using it is because whenever I attach it to my backpack I'm worried it and the sleeve might fall off. The functionality is ok, but the mug and cap seems to be cheap, however it works. More like a showoff product but less of a solid everyday mug.

Only thing that could make this better is if it was thermolated.

Let me start by saying I LOVE THIS MUG. I was looking for a horn to drink out of that had a lid on it, so I could wear it to outdoor drinking events. I put all my cold adult beverages in it and let it hand and swing while walking around all day and not one did it spill. It did condensate a little bit nothing to serious. I love this mug so much that within weeks of getting the first one I bought 3 more as gifts and they loved them also. Great buy and the straps are built well and are of a good size ( I’m not a small guy)

Let me start by saying I love this mug, and I am super satisfied with it. The two things keeping it from maximum stars are:1) It doesn't keep liquids hot for as long as they claim. I got a maximum of about two hours, which is fine, but not the four hours they said.2) The part that slips over the mug and acts as a stand tends to fall off, so just keep that in mind if you wrap it to your belt (like I do).Those are small problems in the long run and I absolutely love it otherwise. I work in a warehouse and bump into things quite frequently and haven't even seen a scratch on the mug yet. It's easy to wash, too. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a unique travel mug.

I LOVE THIS MUG! It truly is spill proof and looks cool when you drink out of it. I get lots of attention at work when I'm sipping my coffee or tea. I also love telling the story of the goats discovering the coffee beans.

still some issue with the quality / design / if long strap is attached and then to remove the sleeve to mug stand up on the table ...

Es un excelente producto, es muy cómodo a la forma de la mano para agarrarlo, si es 100% hermético , hasta ahora (una semana de uso) no han habido derrames, el tamaño es ideal y la forma es muy original, la agarradera/base es de piel y muy bonita, logra mantener la temperatura por un buen tiempo (más o menos 2 horas).Lo malo el boton de la correa se abre fácilmente, así que no es buena idea usarlo para agarrar el termo a una mochila.

This is a really great mug. A decent size, looks fantastic, the lid seals very well and the straps are secure - I've swung it about on my belt, attached to my bag or over a shoulder and not spilled a drop. I've gotten a lot of compliments about it, and it's incredibly useful as a portable coffee mug that's actually secure - unlike a lot of others that need to be kept upright. Easy to wash even with the bottom coming to a point, I take it with me everywhere - fill it up and take to the allotment, on the bus, on a walk out, for use at work... very handy.Only critique is the drinking hole is on the wrong side. Traditionally, when drinking from an open-topped horn, you hold it so the curve points down - point up and you get air bubbles and splash-back when you sip. Of course the splash-back isn't an issue with the lid on, but I'm mentally used to holding drinking horns a certain way and keep having to reorient myself with this. At work, in it's stand, I take the lid off entirely so I can drink it in the orientation I'm used to.

Impatto visivo stupendo,comoda anche la cinghia di trasporto, confezione veramente simpatica e mantiene al caldo la tua bevanda per piu di due ore !!
