It is a Life Saver (Well muscle saver)
I have severe neck pain due to a messed up vertebrae. The MR.ICE Neck Ice Pack for Injuries Reusable Cold Pack for Neck - Gel Ice Pack for Neck and Shoulders looked like it would work for my pain. It is a life saver (muscle saver). You can use it as a cold pack by putting it in the freezer or a heating pad by putting it in the microwave. The cold and heat treatments work very good for me/ I love it. I will highly recomend it to family and friends and am completely satisfied purchasing it.

Works
I suffer from reoccurring affects of whiplash from time to time and this ice pack is a game changer.very comfortable and stays cold bringing down swelling.

Too small and Velcro did not work at all.

Maybe great if you’re the right size
I am unusually smaller than average — 4’8” female. It looked substantial, durable and maybe great for someone with more room for it to cradle the neck between the shoulders and the head. For me it could never be comfortable. And no, it had no moldability. It was stiff and unyielding.

Useless!!! Strap too short!
I purchased to use mainly for my neck & back. The strap that was included is useless!!! It's way too short to be of any use which I'm disappointed about. The strap is why I purchased this particular pack in the first place. If you want to use it, you have to hold it while wearing in order for it to stay on. USELESS!!!

Great Customer Service!
Although I was a tad confused about the strap not being auto attached their customer service was excellent! They walk me through everything I had questions about and even went the extra mile to send me a Video and PDF of instructions, again being that the strap was not attached. But the product works great!

Works great for a sore neck.

Kind of small....
This Mr Ice neck wrap has a generous amount of gel and lasts a long time. The problem lies with the size of the ice pack. It seems to be made for small statured folks. I have a 16" neck and larger than average shoulders. The Mr Ice will not fit all the way around and fasten. I am using a work around way to fasten it but I'd advise anyone with a larger neck size to avoid being disappointed in this product.
