I've tried several protein drinks and this is by far my favorite, for many reasons. It's not chalky but it's thick (not watery), it goes down smooth, it packs a ton of protein (30g) and only has 160 calories. Here's how it compares to the two I most recently tried: - ISS OhYeah! Nutritional Shake Chocolate Milkshake. This has 32g of protein, so 2g more than the Premier Protein, but it is SUPER sweet, to the point that it actually gave me a headache. It also has 220 calories (60 more than Premier) and 9g of fat (6g more than Premier). The OhYeah shake was way too sweet and artificial tasting for me, so I couldn't just chug it in the morning like I can with the Premier Protein. This was my least favorite protein shake as a result, so I stopped drinking it after 2 days. - Atkins Ready To Drink Shake, Milk Chocolate Delight. This was my go-to protein drink before I discovered Premier Protein. It has 15g of protein (half the protein of Premier), 9g fat (6g more than Premier) and 160 calories (same as Premier). The taste is more watery than Premier, and it leaves a bit of an after taste. I didn't really notice this before I tried Premier, but now I've been drinking Premier and ran out, but I had an old Atkins shake handy, so I drank that and it tasted super watery. Definitely notice the difference now. Atkins is also less efficient of a protein shake, as it only has half the amount of protein. Premier offers twice the amount of protein without adding any calories, has less fat, and tastes more like a thick shake. All in all, this is the best protein shake I've been able to find. Tastes great, packs a ton of protein and doesn't have a lot of calories or fat. I have no problem drinking it straight, but my favorite is to get a Doppio Espresso from Starbucks in a venti iced cup and then pour the Premier Protein over the ice and drink it with a straw. It's a great way to get your morning caffeine and protein in.

All I can say is these are yummy, low calorie and they keep me on my feet when In a pretty big calorie deficit , I also use these to break a fast and they are gentle on my stomach.

My husband has type 2 diabetes but does not get hungry so getting meals down him were problematic. When we have time I use a plant based protein powder to make smoothies for breakfast. However there are many days our schedules don't accommodate this so I started using Ensure high protein. When I found this product (Premier Protein) I ordered a couple of 4 packs in chocolate and they arrived quickly. Tried one and they taste very good. No chalky flavor. What I most particularly like vs the Ensure are the following: Much more protein 11 ounces rather than 8 Less sugar Little more sodium and little less potassium Bottled in hard paper rather than plastic (eco friendly and no BPA to worry about) Packaged in hard paper/light cardboard rather than plastic rings (eco friendly) Cost is about same per ounce I would highly recommend this protein product for those on the run as a satisfying meal replacement. In a perfect world it would be organic, GMO free and RBST free. :-)

The taste was good . Good for adding protein to your diet.They have many flavors. I gave it 4 stars because although it has no sugar, it tastes too sweet for my palate.

I am VERYYYY PICKY with this type of products but this is truly delicious chocolate after taste i mean super healthy too is a must absolutely.

What isn't there to love about chocolate! Premier has the best flavors, no grit in your teeth, no funky after taste. Love them.

The taste was kinda chalky . So i made smoothies with it much better taste .
