Organic Royal Organic Royal Traditional Basmati Rice (Net Wt 20 Lb),

This was a reorder of an excellent product but the second bag was not organic as advertised. The first bag was. A bit disappointing!

This product is not 100% Organic, it is not Certified Organic, and when they say it's "95% Organic" that is NOT good enough! There is no such thing as a healthy "95% Organic" product; it means that 5% of the product will contain glyphosate (RoundUp) or some other pesticide that is not part of the National Organic Program's criteria for Organic Farming, and as such it is NOT worth eating. Especially if you want to avoid glyphosate! The "Organic Royal Organic" is intentionally misleading. Many people have bought this item expecting to see the USDA Organic logo on the bag, but it's not.

I have used this rice for many years and love it. You need to rinse thoroughly in order to get fluffy rice. And let it rest a few minutes before stirring. It is very flavorful and I like that it is from a Nepalese Co-Op of rice growers.

THIS IS NOT Organic! I hit the reorder button from the last time I purchased organic basmati rice and when it came it was no longer organic. No way to return or to get a refund! Very frustrating when you’re on a tight budget!
