Just as advertised. Great value for the price
Actually better than I expected for the price. Only "cheap" things are the carabiners - kind of sketchy, I replaced one with a climbing carabiner that I can trust, but other than that I am very pleased.You have to "finish" the end of the wire. Feed it through the pully first. (I didn't and had to pound a little to get the screws etc through the hole). I was worried making the loop would be complex, but you literally bend the wire over the metal loop, leave about an inch and a half (or more if you have a low ceiling attachment) and tighten the two anchors. Hand tighten the screws and that will be enough to hold it while you use their "tool" to crank them down. Only took about 5 minutes.The Tricep "rope" is super sturdy (so far), the plate holder works great - again a little hard to get the carabiner through it - which you have to do every time you add or remove plates.Other than that I am really glad to add this to my home gym. Would recommend to a "normal" person wanting to add pull downs, lats, tricepts to their routine.

Perfect home gym
All parts seem to be working as advertised. My only complaint is about the black painted carabiner clips, they seem solid but the paint wears off after a few uses, makes me think they may be damaged but they seem to be OK as far as I can tell, I'm not sure if they are stainless steel, if they are, why paint them?

As advertised
I'm happy with this purchase so far. I've only had it for a week but so far so good. Easy set up and the workouts feel real smooth with the cable provided. Used it for triceps, biceps, abs and back so far and the next day was sore. Isolates the muscles real nicely.

Best Addition to My Home Gym
This has been a God send. Covid and all that went to lifting at home and I desperately needed something to work my shoulders more. Outstanding!
