We keep this handy in a spray bottle and it's great for many cleaning chores and even simple first aid. And it's the simple solution for windows that just never seem to come clean - wash them first with plain tap water and rinse with this. I needed DI water for some field blanks & couldn’t find it anywhere local or from a reputable online supplier in the quick timeframe I had for a high profile project. I purchased this water for a chemistry lab to use in a chemical reaction that is sensitive to the presence of ions. It worked.

Deionized water (vs distilled water) removes the minerals so it prevents the fine 'snow' from the mist of an ultrasonic humidifier that can settle on surfaces. The bottle is sturdy and survived delivery.

Works for my application, which is as a rinse for vinyl lp’s.
